A Fundraiser That Serves Two Good Causes At Once!
Equator Coffee is offering your school or non-profit organization an opportunity to use fair trade coffee to raise funds for worthy projects or activities. Your supporters will be benefiting both your organization and the small coffee farmers represented by our coffee.
Equator Coffee is a great partner in our fund raising efforts. We have always been pleased with the effort they have made to deliver coffee and other products to us for our projects.
Paul McGuire Department Head, Student Services Holy Trinity Catholic High School

Your organization will purchase Equator coffee for a wholesale cost and then re-sell this coffee to your supporters and keep the retail profit. Typically, your organization's members will canvas for support using an order form and collect orders for a given period of time and then place the complete order to us. We will then deliver the freshly roasted product to you for distribution. We have great new retail packaging that is completely bilingual with unique French names for all our coffees.
We have been using Equator Coffee Roasters services for our school's fundraising campaign for three years. Equator always professionally succeeded in delivering quality products, custom services and can easily accommodate client with special requests. We are looking forward to continue doing business with Equator Coffee Roasters for the new school years ahead.
Sylvie-Andrée LeBlanc Volunteer parent (since 5 years) in charge of fundraising campaign École Lac-des-Fées, Gatineau.

We sell our coffee in: 340g packages for $7.45-$7.65 ea. You sell it for $12.00 - a profit of $3.35/bag. (Decaf is slightly more expensive)
Equator Coffee is great for fundraising - it is a top quality, consumable product that coffee drinkers become devoted to, and Equator staff are always very helpful. An easy fundraiser - the product sells itself!
Sherri Smith Co-chair, Lakeview School Council

- Equator Coffee sells on taste! We are more than happy to offer you samples to try at public events and meeting where you're potential customers will be in attendance.
- In order to start smoothly and reduce confusion we recommend limiting your choices in the beginning to 4 or 5 kinds of coffee plus a couple of teas.
- We recommend getting payment in advance. As well intentioned as your customers may be, it relieves a lot of potential headaches to have the money in beforehand.
As the organizer of our annual cross-cultural exposure trip to the Dominican Republic, I am always looking for new ways to fundraise. Equator Coffee has become a 'hit' among staff members who have tried it and is providing a 'socially responsible' opportunity to raise money. I look forward to working with the helpful and efficient staff at Equator Coffee Roasters as we expand our fundraising efforts during the next school year.
