We roast and package for you and send it out within 48 hours of being roasted. Orders received before Tuesday morning will be shipped out on Wednesday and, in most cases, delivered to you by the end of the week.

When brewing coffee, the water temperature must be 195° - 205°F (just 'off the boil'). If the water is too hot, the heat vaporizes the oils; if it's not hot enough, proper extraction is impossible. Most home coffee brewers are not hot enough. |
